1. Scheduling a lesson

The student is able to schedule non Subscription Package lessons up to 90 days in advance. Students are able to schedule any and all lessons up to 2 hours before the desired period for which they would like a lesson.

2. Rescheduling a lesson

The student is able to reschedule an upcoming lesson, provided that they reschedule at least 2 hours before the start time of the lesson in question. Once inside of the 2 hour period of an upcoming lesson, it becomes locked and cannot be rescheduled.

3. Missing a lesson

If the student misses or is 15 minutes late for a lesson, such lesson is automatically considered a ‘no-show’ and is not able to be rescheduled regardless if it is an individual lesson or part of a Subscription Package. The student will be charged the full amount for that lesson if it is not part of a Subscription Package.

4. Cancellations

Cancellation of a scheduled individual lesson must be made at a minimum of 2 hours before the scheduled lesson. Any cancellations made inside of the 2-hour window will be considered a no show and the student will be charged the full amount for the lesson. The cancellation of an individual lesson that is not part of a Subscription Package should be made by the student with the purpose of receiving a refund. If the conditions for receiving a refund for an individual lesson that was not part of a Subscription Package were not met, the cancelled lesson would then be considered as completed and the student will be charged the full price for that lesson.

5. Refund Policy

The student can receive a refund for unused individual lessons which are not part of a Subscription Package or Gift Certificate within the first 30 days of purchase. In order to receive a refund, the student needs to send a message to gabrielaholland@languagevista.com requesting a refund and indicating which individual lesson is to be refunded. The student will be charged an additional processing fee of 5% of the full price which is being refunded.

6. Subscription Packages

Our Gold, Silver, and Bronze Subscription Packages allow students the flexibility to schedule up to the appointment limit for the level of package that was purchased. Subscription Packages are non refundable but may be canceled at any time. Appointment balances do not rollover each weekly billing cycle, each new cycle the student will start over with a new balance of appointments that matches the level of Subscription package they purchased. All Subscription Packages will auto-renew until canceled.

7. Gift Certificates

Gift Certificates are valid for one year from the date of original purchase. Gift Certificates are only valid towards the purchase of lesson(s) from www.languagevista.com. Gift certificates are non-refundable and cannot be redeemed for cash value.

Updating Terms and Conditions
